Nexcendus was founded by someone who joined Pegasystems in 2010 — not as a consultant, but as part of the core product team during the landmark Pega 6→7 transformation. That's where the deep conviction about what Pega could become was formed.
After leaving Pega in 2014 and spending years implementing at scale across banking, telecoms, and healthcare, Nexcendus was founded in 2024 with one founding principle: build a stable, empathy-first team and keep them for the long run. Because the foundation matters more than the growth rate.
